Take on a challenge with others in the arena.

  • Complete 10,000 pushups in a single month. This was our community challenge for February.

  • Complete 3,000 pull-ups in a single month. This was our community challenge for March.

  • Squat 100,000 additional pounds in a single month (body weight not counted). This was our community challenge for April.

  • Carry a load for distance. Minimum target score is 1,000 points in a single month (ex: 50 lb sandbag carried 1 mile = 50 points). This is is our community challenge for May.

    *Requirement of 100 points minimum to be accumulated alongside someone else

  • Complete 5,000 burpees in a single month. This is our community challenge for June.


    **Form: chest touches the ground at the bottom of a rep and feet leave the ground at the top

  • Complete all of the following items in a single month. This is our community challenge for July.

    - 5 hours of plank (core exercise)
    - run a half marathon (in a single session)
    - swim 1 mile (in a single session)
    - fast for 24-hour period (no food)

  • Choose your own personal goal/challenge, tell others about it, and make it happen. This is our community challenge for August.

    Ex: cut 30 seconds from your 1 mile run time, lose 10 lbs, etc.

  • Complete a minimum of 10 items from this month's menu of workouts / challenges. This is our community challenge for the month of September.

    *Each member contributes one (1) workout or challenge to create the shared "menu" and must complete the item that they add

    - 300 minutes jumping rope

    - Sleep outside for 1 night

    - Support a worthy cause (ex: donate $/supplies/labor to support hurricane relief)

    - Complete 1 personal project

  • Complete the following items in a month. This is our community challenge for November.

    - Write down something you’re thankful for every day

    - Run 1,000 miles collectively (as a group)

    *30 mile minimum requirement per person to contribute toward the 1,000 group goal

  • Complete the following items in a single month. This is our community challenge for the month of December.

    • Benchpress 80,000 lbs (cumulative)

    • 10 mobility sessions

    • 10 notes of encouragement

    • 1 breathing exercise
